Austin TX based Blues Legend, featured in the Texas Music Museum, right here at Copper Shot! Don't miss this epic show!  Matthew Robinson is one of Austin’s original Eastside bluesmen. He started on Austin's Eastside when he was a kid, playing with Dr. James Polk, W.C. Clark, Blues Boy Hubbard, etc.. He has played all over Austin and internationally for almost fifty years. His signature guitar sound and celebrated gutsy gritty voice are trademark sounds in Austin blues.

As a true son of Texas, he draws inspiration from the Lone Star State's rich musical heritage, infusing it with his own unique style.

His music reflects the grit and determination that are the hallmark of his military service, and his passion for Southern rock shines through in every note.

Eric's sound is a blend of high-energy blues, funk, and rock-n-roll. The highlight of his career was performing on Eric Clapton's From The Cradle Tour. He was invited to perform with the Allman Brothers, and had the privilege of performing with many world-class artists such as Johnny Clyde Copeland, BB King, Carlos Santana, Bonnie Raitt, Dr. John, Buddy Guy, Johnnie Johnson, Les Paul, Billy Gibbons, and many more.

Major Thom is the bandleader of the sonic supergroup “The Radiation” We play rock and roll to pay tribute to the gods of old! A tribute act to David Bowie, Jimi Hendrix, The Beatles, The Clash, The Cars, with a healthy dose of the 80’s and 90’s! Major Thom will take you on a time travelling journey playing the golden oldies to today’s top 40’s! You can expect some guitar shred and some sweet vocal harmonies when you book us!
